Job Description

We are looking for a new member in our team! We're hoping to find a motivated Product Engineer who will have the opportunity to lead the development activity for a complete seat or product perimeter in accordance with the Customer & Homologation specification. This person will ensure the development timing and development cost defined according to the Program target and commitment.

Qualifications

• Technical responsible for the seat or product development and technical content
• Technical interface to Customer, Supplier and internal departments
• Lead the Design content and technical solution of a complete seat or component
• Read and understand Customer specifications
• Full understand the legal requirement for seat components
• Define the sub component specification to reach Customer specifications
• Create DFMEA for new products
• Lead Product change management and control per Engineering and Organization procedures
• Create design requests and follow up design work
• Create and update Bill of material
• Prepare and present technical presentations
• Prepare and Run design reviews
• Support Test/FEA matrix
• Analyze FEA results and define design changes
• Analyze test results and define design changes
• Align control plans together with Supplier Quality and Central Quality
• Create and implement VA/VE proposals
• Support manufacturing PFMEA
