Senior Back-End Engineer (NodeJs)

<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>Location: </strong>Paris, 3 to 4 days of remote</li><li><strong>Start date: To be defined</strong></li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>English is mandatory</li></ul> <p><br/></p> <p>As a Senior Back-End Developer, you will:</p> <ul><li>Work as part of one of the engineering squad</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using NodeJs</li><li>Work with PostgreSQL/SQS/Kubernetes</li><li>Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic</li><li>Build scalable and secure APIs that power our platform</li><li>Optimize application performance and ensure high availability</li><li>Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.<br/></li></ul> <p></p> <p>We are looking for an experienced and motivated back-end developer who:</p> <ul><li>Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in back-end development in software</li><li>Wants to work with Typescript/Nodejs, it is ok if you dont have extending experience in Nodejs</li><li>Has experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases</li><li>Understands fundamental design principles behind scalable applications</li><li>Has experience with API development and RESTful services</li><li>Thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment</li><li>Has excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>Bonus points if you have experience with deployment of ML models in production</li></ul>
