In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, consistency, and excellence in brand planning, promotional activities, and stakeholder engagement.</p><p></p><p>This is your opportunity to shape the future of oncology marketing while working in a dynamic and inclusive environment that values creativity, collaboration, and impact.</p><p></p><p><b>In a typical day you will:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Develop and execute brand marketing plans for skin, lung, and cervical cancer across European markets, aligning with global strategies and budgets.</li></ul><ul><li>Lead local brand planning processes, analysing competitive landscapes, identifying promotional opportunities, and crafting customer-focused, differentiated messages for target audiences.</li><li>Assess strategic drivers and barriers to brand performance, proposing and implementing action plans to address business opportunities and risks.</li><li>Collaborate with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to create and implement aligned brand strategies and promotional activities.</li><li>Leverage globally approved brand plans and promotional materials for local use, ensuring consistency and best-practice sharing across markets.</li><li>Develop and execute external stakeholder engagement plans, including national congresses, HCP meetings, and other events.</li><li>Partner with Commercial Operations, Sales Managers, and internal stakeholders to develop and implement field plans of action, cycle meeting objectives, and communications.</li><li>Manage promotional budgets, optimizing spend rates and cycle targets while making recommendations for trade-offs throughout the planning cycle.</li><li>Capture customer insights from the sales team to ensure Regeneron Oncology addresses market needs effectively.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>This role may be for you if you</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Have a strong background in biotech/pharma brand marketing, with 8–10+ years of experience and expertise in managing agencies and suppliers.</li><li>Excel in planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills, and thrive in dynamic, constantly evolving environments.</li><li>Bring creativity, initiative, and integrity to your work, ensuring compliance with healthcare codes and regulations related to promotional activities.</li><li>Are fluent in English, with additional European language skills as a plus.</li><li>Are willing to travel 30–40% of the time, including occasional weekends for conferences and meetings.</li><li>Have experience in oncology marketing, particularly in immuno-oncology products for skin and lung cancers and have successfully launched new products.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>To Be Considered:</b></p><p></p><p>We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferably in business or science) and 8–10+ years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience.
