Analyst/ Senior Analyst, Health Economics and Outcomes Researcher and PRO

<p><strong><u>Position Overview</u></strong></p> <p>We are seeking to hire an ambitious Health Economist and Outcomes Researcher to join our growing and highly talented Health Economics team HEOR team as an Analyst/ Senior Analyst, focusing on Patient-Reported Outcomes (PRO) and Preference Elicitation Studies. You will contribute to groundbreaking projects that influence healthcare decision-making, advancing the understanding of patient perspectives and preferences to enhance value-driven healthcare delivery.</p> <p><strong><u>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>To support a range of quantitative and qualitative and health economics and outcomes research projects, including health valuation and utility measurement, analysis of outcomes data and development of patient-reported outcome measures for our valued clients.</li> <li>The focus of the role is on patient-reported outcome measurement and preference elicitation research.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Desired Skills and Experience</u></strong></p> <p><em>Functional technical expertise</em></p> <ul> <li>Educational degree (such as MSc) in in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Medical Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum of 1-3 years of experience, with a strong track record in PRO and preference elicitation studies.</li> <li>Knowledge of health economics and methodologies for the analysis of patient-reported outcomes (e.g., utility measurement, analysis and development of patient reported outcome measures)</li> <li>Knowledge of methodologies for utility measurement, survey development, and psychometric validation.</li> <li>Understanding of statistical analysis, econometrics, and data interpretation.</li> <li>Project management skills</li> <li>Good knowledge of statistical software packages (e.g., Stata, R)</li> <li>Fluency in English</li> <li>Excellent MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel skills</li> </ul> <p><em>Communication skills</em></p> <ul> <li>Ability to clearly communicate technical issues</li> </ul> <p><em>Other desirable attributes  </em></p> <ul> <li>Willingness to contribute towards non-project related work for Putnam</li> <li>Great to work with as part of a team</li> <li>Ability to work autonomously when needed</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>What we offer you!</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Flexibility and individual support for more balanced and enjoyable life</li> <li>Competitive compensation packages and great benefits </li> <li>Fan
