Property Soar is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Account Assistant to support our management team in day-to-day operations and client account coordination. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, as you will serve as a key point of contact between clients, executives, and internal departments. You will help ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the company’s continued growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to executive and account management teams.

• Prepare, review, and maintain reports, records, and client documentation.

• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications between clients and internal teams.

• Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

• Support project tracking, data management, and performance analysis.

• Contribute to the planning and execution of company initiatives and account strategies.
