The Job Details: We are looking for dependable hardworking individuals with good work habits, abilities to minimize downtime of all equipment and operate the facility at its maximum efficiency. In addition, we need someone who works well with others and is self-motivated. Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Must have basic electrical skills.
• Experience with forklifts and large industrial Battery maintenance.
• General and preventive maintenance including rack repair.
• Administration experience to complete daily log check sheets.
• Building maintenance experience including Freezer doors, Dock doors and dock levelers.
• Follow company policies, guidelines and work instructions.
• Be professional and courteous to team members.
• Assist supervision/management as needed.
- Responsible for any routine maintenance or operational task assigned.
- General housekeeping of all maintenance areas including refrigeration system.
- Routine inspections of all equipment including but not limited to: Building, Handling, and Refrigeration equipment.

- Bend and lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Lift up to 70lbs with assistance on an occasional basis
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls
- Be able to speak and hear for safety and productivity
- Use scanners, tablets, radio, phones, and other warehouse machinery
- Ability to lift overhead
- Ability to work overtime is an essential part of this position due to demand
- Drive a registered motor vehicle to satisfy daily requirements
- Have acceptable and / or correctable vision
- Work in an atmosphere range of ambient to - 20 degrees F
- Personal interaction and communication required to and from other people is extremely high
- Good arithmetic and reading skills
- Understand and follow verbal instruction, written instruction and company policies
- A self-starter that can work independently and coordinate with others
Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage stress and productivity guidelines

What We Are Looking For:
Education
• High School Diploma or GED, Tech School Graduate in HVACR or Equivalent field, RETA CARO 1 or CIRO certified
• Tech school graduate in Diesel, Electric/Mechanical or Auto Mechanic
Experience
• Must be proficient in the areas of mechanics, electrical, welding or maintenance
• 1 to 5 years required
• Must pass a mechanical aptitude test
• Be able to work in cold environment
• Must be able to perform all repairs on lift trucks, dock equipment and freezer doors including welding and warehouse maintenance including hydraulic work and rack repair.<
