Job Description

In our Environment we have more than 50 different types of client hardware in use.

We have to make sure that neither a Microsoft OS update or configuration rule nor a new vendor specific driver or bios installation runs on error or causes problems after installation.

Tests are mainly executed remote on the specific hardware. Knowledge in Nexthink, Blue Prism, UI-Path, Neo42 and ip network are highly welcome, knowledge in Microsoft Windows 11 client operating system is mandatory.

Execution of client server testing procedures and the contents of the tests.

• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Performs functional tests
• Create proper (industry standards) documentations on the performed tests
• Ensuring error-free functioning of client applications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Participates in projects including project administration duties as well
• Participates in the preparation of customer reports
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the whole process
• Help troubleshoot issues

Qualifications

• Know How operating systems (Win11), drivers, BIOS, Virtualisation
• English
• German (nice to have)
