Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $87,200.00 - $130,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

The Business Intelligence Sr Analyst is responsible for business reporting, analytics, and insights to support decisioning and strategic planning within the vAuto business. This role involves collaborating with senior leaders in allied/supported functions (e.g., Marketing, Finance) to identify business opportunities and challenges and develop associated informational needs

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and executes entire projects or components of large projects from start to finish, including data gathering, synthesis, and modeling

  • Determines data collection, synthesis, and analytical methodologies for investigating identified challenges and opportunities.

  • Builds and delivers well-structured datasets, dashboards, and reports to business leaders / decision-makers for independent analysis

  • Devises methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources.

  • Delivers concise, compelling, data- and insight-driven business recommendations on where and how modified decisions could lead to improved performance.

  • Conducts training and mentoring for business partners on analytical platforms and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in a related field 

  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with BI tools used but limited to SFX and Snowflake

  • Requires strong knowledge of designing dashboards and reports in data visualization platforms ( DOMO,  Tableau, Power BI)

  • Proven communication skills, both in presentation and written formats

  • Experience working across varying levels within an organization

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse:

  • Experience in Automotive Industry

  • Consulting Experience
