At Gympass, you not only have the opportunity to build a career in a fast-paced global environment - but you'll make wellbeing universal, so everyone can be happy and healthy. </p> <h1><strong>THE OPPORTUNITY</strong></h1> <p>We are hiring a <strong>Senior Manager of Strategic Alliances</strong> to our <strong>Partnerships</strong> team in <strong>Madrid</strong>! </p> <p>There is a huge digital ecosystem around Gympass marketplace (i.e. systems providers) with whom we should partner and integrate in order to deliver the best possible experience for our Corporate Clients, Fitness Partners &amp; End-Users.<strong>You will be accountable for defining the integrations and onboarding strategies, and managing the relationship with Club Management Systems (CMS) in Europe.</strong></p> <h1><strong>YOUR IMPACT</strong><strong> </strong></h1> <p>Enhancing the Gympass experience for our Fitness Partners and End-Users by defining the integrations strategy and managing the relationship with Club Management Systems (CMSs) in EU and orchestrating all different teams (e.g. Partner Sales &amp; Success, Partner Ops, Tech Sales, Marketing, etc)  in EU to ensure integration strategy implementation and roll-out by:</p> <ul> <li>Providing analytical insights to support strategic decision-making process;</li> <li>Defining and executing long-term marketing/communications plan with Club Management Systems in Europe</li> <li>Identifying opportunities for increasing the number of integrated gyms in Europe;</li> <li>Setting performance goals (OKRs) for EU in conjunction with the Global Director of Platform Alliances</li> <li>Regularly tracking performance and showing accountability over results</li> <li> Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance. </li> </ul> <h1><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></h1> <ul> <li>Strong commercial and marketing background with proven track record in partnerships development, commercial relationship management and go-to-market strategy</li> <li>You are fluent in <strong>German and English. </strong><em>An extra advantage if you also speak Spanish</em>.</li> <li>Previous experience in the Fitness Industry highly desired, especially if in the CMS industry</li> <li>Ability to orchestrate and facilitate forums with multiple internal and external stakeholders, from business and tech areas and at all seniority levels</li> <li>Flexible, resourceful and able to multitask while establishing priorities and providing solutions</li> <li>Analytical power and ability to work with sets of data in order to drive insights that leads to optimal business decisions;</li> <li>Exemplary verbal and writing communication and leadership skills, as well as diplomatic and tactful. </li> <li>Capable of influencing broad audiences at all management levels by simplifying complex messages and effectively presenting proposals</li> <li>Strong business sense and fantastic problem-solving abilities </li> <li>Enhanced practicality to prioritize what really matters for the business and willingness to do whatever it takes to get things done</li> <li>Conflict management, addressing conflicts proactively using negotiation and influencing skills to effectively resolve conflict externally and/or internally.</li> </ul> <p>We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
