Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our leadership team as the Head of Clinical for Early Intervention Virtual Health. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and leading our clinical strategy, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our young clients and their families.

• Provide clinical and visionary leadership for the clinical team, setting strategic goals and objectives aligned with the company's mission and values.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the clinical department.
• Oversee the development and implementation of early intervention programs, ensuring they align with evidence-based practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the technology and product teams to enhance and optimize virtual therapeutic tools.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols to maintain the highest standards of care in virtual therapy services.
• Conduct regular audits, assessments, and evaluations to monitor and improve clinical outcomes.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing clinical team, fostering professional growth and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Provide ongoing training and support to clinicians, staying abreast of the latest developments in early intervention therapies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration of clinical services into the virtual health platform.
• Collaborate with external partners, therapists, and experts in the field to enhance service offerings and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
• Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements in virtual healthcare, ensuring the company's practices meet or exceed industry standards.

Qualifications

• Preferred licensed MD Pediatrics with Board Certification/Specialization in Behavioral/Developmental Pediatrics or previous experience in hospital health system
• Proven leadership experience in clinical management, preferably in a virtual healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of early intervention practices and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and technology-driven healthcare solutions.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000 commensurate with experience
