We are seeking a qualified Logistics Support Analyst to join our team, to support warehouse management, shipping, receiving, and property control services, including personal property management for FAA organizations and facilities. This position involves working as part of an integrated logistics team to carry out daily assignments and ensure the efficient handling of supplies, equipment, and inventory. Responsibilities:

Manage daily logistics operations, including receiving, shipping, packing, and warehousing supplies, equipment, and materials.
Ensure proper storage and compliance with hazardous material guidelines, including fire symbol validation.
Operate labor-saving devices such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, and participate in physical inventory activities.
Process received materials through inspection, x-raying, and tracking using electronic systems, ensuring safety and accountability.
Coordinate deliveries and the movement of materials through supply stages, including handling hazardous shipping requirements (IATA Air & 49 CFR certifications).
Manage property assets in compliance with FAA guidelines, including audits, inventory control, and personal property processes.
Assist in developing and training on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies related to logistics operations.
Generate and analyze reports to improve operational efficiency and provide recommendations to leadership.
Maintain accurate electronic and paper records to support effective records management.
Provide additional logistical and administrative support, contributing to the success of organizational projects and compliance with FAA regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 24 semester hours, in any combination, of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.
3 years relevant experience.
Must possess experience working with Microsoft Office Suite. Microsoft product experience should include proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point at a minimum.
IATA Air Shipping Certification OR 49 CFR Ground Shipping Certification

Preferred Qualifications

Prior federal government experience is a plus (FAA Preferred).
Knowledge of x-ray systems, electronic tracking systems, warehouse management systems, and property management systems.
Experience with shipping and labeling software.
