VP, Engineering - Remote

Responsibilities:·        This role is in the office of the CTO with specific focus on technology excellence in our software products·        Lead, recruit, and inspire our Product Design Lab engineering team.  ·        Co-located or closely located team is chartered with building complex modifications to the core platform, microservices and new applications.·        Refine product requirements and use cases into software roadmap and scrum level deliverables.·        Work with the architecture group to re-engineer core product features for resiliency and ·        Build scalable solutions that allow self service and easy integration for customers and 3rd party partners·        Focus on stabilization that ensures high resiliency in core software modules and crisp interfaces for connectors and integrations.·         Build software solutions that have user-centric support at their core·        Partner internally to identify and deliver against our net retention targets, and NPS.·        Drive a feedback loop and insights on prioritization to the Product and Development teams to represent the needs of the customer-facing teams as an extended leadership team member·        Be highly process and data-driven so that the incoming issue patterns are analyzed and proactive measures are taken to handle peak periods (like during new release upgrades)Qualifications:·        20+ years of software engineering experience with multiple releases being supported at the same time·        10+ years experience as a people manager; successful leadership track record that includes building and scaling teams·        Able to easily work well with individuals at all levels·        Master of Agile – from jira to deployed software·        Experience with SaaS platforms – build and run mind set·        Well versed in CICD ·        Builds organizational relationships and fosters open communication·        Excels at cross-functional collaboration·        Flexible and adaptable to changing demands based upon the needs of the business·        Able to work independently, establish priorities and demonstrate good judgment skills·        Able to multi-task and perform well under pressure·        Smart, analytical, creative, efficient, driven, and tenacious·        Strong written and oral communication skills ·        Experience with leading globally distributed team·        Ability to clearly convey deep technical concerns to a non-technical audience·        Able to connect and articulate the links between technical capability and business need·        Strong self-starter, strong analytical and problem-solving skills·        Knowledge of Identity Governance domain is a plus. Regards,TA Team
