Job Summary

We are seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee all aspects of food service operations at Wingate University. This role ensures exceptional service, operational efficiency, and team development across campus dining locations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Lead and support campus dining operations.

• Implement policies, procedures, and service programs aligned with client expectations.

• Partner with campus leadership to drive operational performance and client satisfaction.

• Monitor financials to ensure budget compliance.

• Hire, train, and develop food service managers and staff.

• Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations.

• Resolve client, guest, and staff concerns effectively.

• Ensure high standards in food quality, safety, and service.

• Complete required reports accurately and on time.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least two years of experience in multi-unit foodservice management.

• Proven leadership and team development skills.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring service excellence.
