Your Opportunity
This role is to ensure effective and efficient admin services are provided to support Residential Aged Care Facility. This role will also provide financial service support to the business on an as needed basis. This role offers great opportunity in career development in accounting and finance and business administration.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Complete a range of administrative tasks to support the services in maintaining all financial documents of the residents on as needed basis
Manage complete employee onboarding, personnel file, requesting hardware and also provide backup support to front office and reception area
Work collaboratively and build strong relationships with all the external and internal stakeholders in maintaining transparency
Provide business admin support including account payable, accounts receivable and payroll timecard.
Develop relationships with the consumers to facilitate the sharing of best practice and access to required information in line with the confidentiality policies
Requirements for Success
Tertiary Qualification and/or equivalent with strong administrative experience
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft applications
Experienced in the use of databases and online information systems
Experience in dealing with complex behaviours and understanding of mental health
Ability to manage a number of competing priorities and constant workload of varied administrative tasks
Experience working with different stakeholders within the business with strong written and verbal communication
Experience in coordination of multiple priorities with strong emotional quotient and time management skills
High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
