About the role

As a Facilities Maintenance Associate, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the day-to-day condition of our buildings and grounds. Your work will span both interior and exterior upkeep, including painting, power washing, and landscaping, along with assisting skilled trades such as carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.

This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety. You’ll be working in a dynamic environment, handling materials up to 50 lbs., and using a variety of tools and equipment. You’ll also collaborate with your team on ongoing maintenance needs and special projects, including facility improvements and renovations.

  • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across facility buildings, including interior/exterior painting and parking lot striping
  • Support multiple trades, including carpentry, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work
  • Complete preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
  • Maintain property appearance through landscaping tasks such as mowing and weeding
  • Conduct power washing and assist with water softener maintenance
  • Support facility renovation and improvement projects
  • Follow environmental monitoring and safety procedures
  • Escort vendors as needed
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Comfortable using and maintaining a variety of hand and power tools
  • Experience operating man lifts and scissor lifts
  • Familiarity with heavy equipment operation
  • Understanding of Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and proper PPE usage
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license
