The Opportunity
The shift for this position is the 2nd shift (M-F 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm).
As a Diagnostic Technician Specialist, you are supervising sub-teams of assigned operators to perform filling/packaging/ labeling/label printing and/or visual inspections to complete assigned production operations. You are setting-up, troubleshooting, and participating in change overs of fill / package / label equipment as required. Also, you are:
- Able to set-up and operate automatic and semi-automatic filling, labeling, and Packaging/warehouse equipment to provide coverage as required to meet production plans. Monitors storage units (refrigerators/freezers) as required
- Inspecting products for defects and conformance to quality standards and applicable SOPs. Participates in filling of hazardous materials and ensures all production tasks performed by the subteam are performed safely and according to written procedures.
- Ensures all documentation generated during scheduled manufacturing operations (batch production records, packaging records, in process test data) is completed correctly and accurately by the subteam. Performs SAP system transaction.
- Understanding GMP, QSR, ISO and RMS Quality regulations and ensuring operations are performed according to those requirements.
- For participation in Filling Operations, job requirements include ability to perform aseptic gowning and performing all filling tasks in the aseptic environment.
- Assisting in training Diagnostic Tech and Diagnostic Inspectors for Filling and packaging operations to perform all production tasks to meet replenishment demands.
Who you are
- You hold a High School Diploma
- You have at least 4 year in filling, labeling or warehouse operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical or medical device industry required. 5 years is preferred
Preferred
- Associate's Degree and some related work experience
- An Equivalent combination of education and work experience accepted
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of New Jersey is 39,800 - 74,000 USD annually. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
