About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our Sales Operations team as a Senior Associate of Revenue Analytics & Insights. This role will focus on creating globally standardized reports and insights for our Sales, Account Management, programmatic and Ad Ops teams to drive revenue growth and enhance decision-making. You will work closely with Regional Sales Operations and other cross functional partners to develop impactful analytics, uncover trends, and recommend strategies by identifying existing best practices to standardize globally as well as new reporting visuals and analyses to equip Regional Sales Operations to partner with their Sales teams locally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Analysis: Delivering revenue analytics, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against goals and identify revenue growth opportunities. Running a deep dive into key issues (eg, churn, conversion rates, etc), returning insight and recommendations backed by data.

  • Insights & Reporting: Creation and issuance of Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reporting to  deliver actionable insights to sales leadership, enabling more informed decisions related to Sales activity, account management, pipeline tracking, and measurement against business objectives (OKRs)

  • Revenue Forecasting & Planning: Model and deliver Sales forecasts which provide insight to Sales and Sales Operations, and ensure all planning stakeholders leverage a common data set around historics, pipeline, projections and resourcing.

  • Data Visualization & Storytelling: Build intuitive visualizations using tools like Tableau, Looker, or GSheets, that convey information in a clear, compelling way to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance and other cross-functional teams to compare analyses in order to build a more rounded understanding, ultimately conveying back to Sales Operations and Sales Leadership.

  • Process Improvement: Identify ways to streamline reporting processes and analytics workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Reduce time spent in Regional Sales Operations creating reports through centralization and automation of reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, business analytics, or Sales Operations in a high-growth or media/technology company.

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Excel, GSheets, with demonstrable abilities managing and transforming data (SQL experience beneficial)

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences, with an eye for detail

  • Demonstrated experience in running sustained reporting and insight processes such as weekly reporting and business planning which require high rigour and quality assurance

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to think big-picture while diving into granular details.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance metrics.

  • Excellent work management abilities, skilled at managing multiple workflows and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $$70,000 - $420,000.Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits.
