Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable frontend architectures for high-performance trading applications
• Lead AI tooling adoption across the team, driving AI integration into daily development, bug fixing, performance optimization, and beyond
• Leverage AI to deliver cross-platform development across Web, Flutter, iOS, and Android — breaking beyond traditional tech stack boundaries

Required Skills & Experience

• Prior hands-on Web3 experience in a professional setting
• Proficient in AI tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor) with proven experience applying them to real productivity gains in daily work
• Demonstrated ability to drive AI collaboration within a team, helping others adopt AI for real engineering challenges
• Able to deliver cross-platform projects by leveraging AI, without being limited to a single platform or tech stack
• Deep understanding of DeFi products, with personal hands-on experience in spot trading, futures, and swaps
• Strong communication skills; comfortable working in Mandarin day-to-day
