Are you an Physical Therapist (PT) who loves what they do, but would like to change things up periodically? If so, our Rehab Team in the Hazel Green, WI  area is seeking its next PRN employee-owner team member.

 

This is a PRN PT split position between St. Dominic Villa and Home Health to cover nearby cities within a 30 mile radius. Mileage reimbursement included

Responsibilities

As a PRN Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapists.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
• Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience preferred
