As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you’ll work in both Birth to 3 and clinic-based settings, partnering directly with children and their families in their homes and our welcoming clinic. Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited program with a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Pediatric Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of children’s physical development, mobility, and strength

Create and implement individualized treatment plans addressing motor skills, balance, and coordination

Provide direct therapy in home and clinic settings, building strong relationships with families
-
Collaborate with other professionals—SLPs, OTs, and service coordinators—to ensure holistic care
-
Educate caregivers on strategies to support their child’s physical progress at home
-
Maintain clear, compliant documentation of progress, goals, and treatment outcomes

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program with a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
