As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you’ll work in both Birth to 3 and clinic-based settings, partnering directly with children and their families in their homes and our welcoming clinic. Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited program with a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Pediatric Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of children’s physical development, mobility, and strength

  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans addressing motor skills, balance, and coordination

  • Provide direct therapy in home and clinic settings, building strong relationships with families

  • Collaborate with other professionals—SLPs, OTs, and service coordinators—to ensure holistic care

  • Educate caregivers on strategies to support their child’s physical progress at home

  • Maintain clear, compliant documentation of progress, goals, and treatment outcomes

Qualifications
