Account Executive/Sales Representative

Canvus upcycles end-of-life wind turbine blades into sustainable street furniture. We utilize the blade's unique character, organic shape, and industrial durability to create one-of-a-kind products for all to enjoy.

As a Sales Executive, you are a key member of the team responsible for growing Canvus’ business. As the first representation of Canvus’ brand to many customers, you are truly an ambassador of Canvus capable massive impact through sales, donations, and collaborations.

• Have a sense of urgency and desire to win that drives every interaction
• Connect with and qualify strategic accounts as both donation recipients and direct purchasers.
• You will be help accountable to the established KPI's
• Think big and be bold in getting Canvus in front of the right stakeholders.
• Be passionate and thoughtful to create a strategy to close large deals.
• Become a brand expert. Embrace the mission of Canvus and tackle every interaction with superior product knowledge and brand understanding.
• Delivering the value proposition on Canvus to facilitate large scale donations to our recipients.
• Generate new or unique solutions and embrace new ideas that help move deals across the finish line
• Lean in and listen. Be thoughtful in every engagement, uncovering opportunities and understanding our accounts for the purpose of growing our business, together.
• Be a go-getter that sets their sights above and beyond to blow out their established targets and quotas.
• Have a strong sense of confidence in yourself and in Canvus that allows you to succeed in cold-calling customers and closing large transactions.
• Completes all other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• The ability to lead, influence, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be confident, enthusiastic, and have a closer mentality
• Self Starter
• Creative problem solving
• Possess excellent communication and listening skills, and be capable of testing out new messaging and approaches to gauge feedback
