<p><u>The Challenge</u></p> <p>Are you a seasoned engineer with a solid background in biotechnology/food industry looking for a new challenge?</p> <p>As Senior Process Engineer within the Global Technology Team at dsm-firmenich in Seclin you will be contributing to implement new production processes and ensure technological support to all dsm-firmenich enzymes production sites globally, from early production to packaging. We are committed to equal employment opportunities and value diversity in the workplace.</p> <p> </p> <p><u>The Position</u></p> <ul> <li>Contribute, alongside R&amp;D, to the implementation of new production processes from pilot scales to industrialization.</li> <li> Manage and ensure improvement projects (process and technical aspects) on large scale, as project director.</li> <li>  Ensure the transfer of production processes from one Enzymes Solutions site to another.</li> <li> Ensure technological support for production sites (internal and contracted ones out to CMOs).</li> <li> Support manufacturing sites on troubleshooting.</li> <li> Ensure quality and SHE regulations are being applied by the relevant stakeholders</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><u>The Ideal</u></p> <p>Our Ideal candidate has:</p> <ul> <li>Engineer with specialty in biotechnology or food technology (Master or bac+5 minimum</li> <li>Disciplines of expertise are (2 or more): fermentation, downstream processing, purification, drying at industrial scale in biotechnology. </li> <li> Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the biotech or food industry</li> <li>Willingness to work on various topics ranging from production to packaging</li> <li>Ability to manage projects from initiating to value creation</li> <li>Consultative approach, as well as strong relationship building skills</li> <li>Fluent in English and French</li> <li>Willingness to accept travels</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><u>Procedure &amp; Contact</u></p> <p>Interested in this position?
