Senior Associate Transaction Services (F/H)

<p>We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to form part of the founding team of Interpath Advisory France. </p><p>We are looking for a talented <strong>Senior Associate</strong> to join in our Transaction Services team in Paris and deliver Transaction services projects for an exciting mix of clients including top tier Private Equity and Corporate clients. </p><p>You will be working closely with Managing Directors and Managers in a truly entrepreneurial work environment, setting up and developing a leading Deal Advisory practice in France alongside bright and energetic people.</p><p>You will work across the entire deal life cycle in a hands-on role, including both buy-side and sell-side work, helping clients to deliver successful transactions working closely alongside our corporate finance and debt advisory colleagues across the Interpath network. </p><p>On top of that, you will be encourage to mentor our analysts and associates in accordance with our values.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Accountabilities: </strong></p><p>Drafting of Financial Due Diligence reports including but not limited to: </p><ul> <li>Historical performance analysis</li> <li>Quality of Earnings: Helping the client identify one-off income costs which should not be considered within underlying earnings.</li> <li>Net Working Capital “NWC”: Identify the drivers of the evolution of NWC over the historical period and establish a NWC benchmark (peg) </li> <li>Identification of debt like items from review of balance sheet and off-balance sheet arrangements </li> <li>Forecasts: Analytical skills to critically assess a target’s forecast and identify potential risks and upsides, based on historical trends, sales pipeline etc</li> <li>Participating in meetings /conference calls with clients/target company management and serve as a secondary point of contact with respect to day-to-day FDD execution matters</li> <li>Be actively involved in building and maintaining client relationships as well as promoting Interpath Advisory France.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Top tier business / engineering school or university (Bac +5) with a focus on accounting, business, finance or economics</li> <li>A minimum of 2 years of transaction services experience at a top accounting firm (Big4 or equivalent)</li> <li>Experience in Audit is a plus</li> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset and team spirit required</li> <li>Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative environment</li> <li>Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills</li> <li>Fluent English written and spoken</li> </ul>
