Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for the role of an experienced Senior Loan Servicing Analyst to join our Loan Administration Services Team. Our team provides loan portfolio administration Services to our Private Debt Fund and credit clients.

Responsibilities 

•    Manage a portfolio of loan administration clients
•    Responsible for overseeing onboarding of new loans onto servicing platform. 
•    Responsible for maintaining a technical knowledge bank
•    Communicating and implementing any updates and/or operational changes as necessary
•    Act as the point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and liaising with these parties on a frequent basis.  
•    Responsible for accurate client reporting

Daily Tasks 

•    Assist in designing and documenting the processes and procedures across all aspects of the delivery in the loan cycle.
•    Work closely with the Head of Loan Servicing and directors on business development initiatives and assist in the preparation of prospective client workshops. 
•    Assist the Head of Loan Servicing and Head of Function at business opportunities for this segment, in terms of expanding our offering or solution.
•    Review and interpret loan documentation, with support from the Transaction Management Team
•    Oversees the servicing of loan rate and payment changes 
•    Supervises the proof and reconciliation of general ledger accounts 
•    Reviews and authorises statements and closing documents.  
•    Oversee the processing and servicing of loan participations and syndications. 
•    Perform special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required
 

Qualifications

Required Experience 

•    Third level qualification in Business (or similar)
•    5 years’ experience in loan servicing, across various debt products 
•    Managing clients
•    Strong experience in the preparation and review of reporting
•    ‘Can do’ attitude, ability to cope with tight deadlines and working under pressure
•    Strong commercial acumen and work ethic
