We add value by providing actionable insights, utilizing our data for better decisions and presenting findings to our stakeholders in One Digital. Our team is made up of data analysts and developers. We work towards constantly improving our digital channels (mobile bank, netbank, chatbots, etc.) with better data solutions. As the Data Analyst, you’ll play a valuable role in analysing our data and driving better decisions. <br/>  </p> <p>What you will be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Analyse customer interactions with online and offline channels to understand the customer behaviour and needs by using SQL and cloud database solutions</li> <li>Collaborate closely with data engineers on improving data structure for better analysis</li> <li>Initiate deep-dive analysis ideas and work independently to produce actionable findings</li> <li>Share your findings with various stakeholders across the organization via presentations, reports and dashboards</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>You will join a team of data professionals that are passionate about understanding our customers and have a focus on learning and developing.
