This position requires access to customer data. Must be a U.S. citizen; SAP NS2 does not offer Visa sponsorships for this role. All internals must have manager’s approval to transfer.

 

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our SaaS Cloud Operations team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in project management, operational coordination, and communication within a dynamic cloud-based computing environment. The intern will support operational projects, assist with process documentation, and facilitate coordination between teams to ensure efficient execution of cloud operations and delivery.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with operational objectives.

• Support coordination efforts between engineering, operations, and customer success teams.
• Document and maintain operational processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Facilitate communication across teams by preparing reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership updates.
• Assist in incident management coordination, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.
• Conduct research and analysis on industry best practices and propose process improvements.
• Assist in managing service requests, change requests, and operational tickets within ServiceNow.
• Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to cloud operations.
• Support internal training initiatives by preparing documentation and materials for knowledge sharing.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operational efficiency.
   

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of SaaS environments, cloud computing, or IT operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced technology environment.
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban) is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management (ITSM) tools.
• Knowledge of cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Previous experience in a corporate or technical environment through coursework, internships, or projects.
