Webasto is seeking highly driven, resourceful, reliable and goal-oriented candidates to join our team as an Executive Assistant at our North American headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI.   Candidates, if you can demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude while adapting to changing priorities and challenging situations, this might be the role for you!   

 


What you will do – Essential Responsibilities

    •    General administrative and high-level support to executives, e.g. handling incoming calls, email and inquiries; maintaining and organizing filing systems; processing orders via SAP; handling expense reports, budget tracking; planning business trips; manage executive calendars, organizing meetings, and travel arrangements; preparing correspondences, and presentations while maintaining a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail
    •    Coordinates and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are accomplished efficiently
    •    Acts as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    •    Conducts research, compile data, and prepare documents for review, supporting decision-making processes
    •    Coordinates and oversee special projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
    •    Collaborates with other administrative staff to streamline processes and enhance overall office efficiency
    •    Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance workflow
    •    Stays informed about industry trends, company policies, and executive priorities to provide effective support
 
 
The minimum requirements you will need

    •    Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
    •    Previous administrative or secretarial experience     
    •    Must be proficient in basic office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with email and scheduling tools is required
    •    Thinkcell experience is a plus 
    •    Demonstrated high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information and interactions as well as maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
    •    Strong communication, organization and problem solving skills are a must
