Administrative Coordinator

The SJHMG Hospital based operations Coordinator position provides administrative and clerical support to Hospital Based Provider Programs throughout the Northern California Region. This position is primarily responsible for the creation, maintenance, distribution and coordination of all SJHMG provider schedules. This position is responsible for securing locum tenens, as needed. This position coordinates the completion of all of the relevant paperwork necessary for providers credentialing, licensing and billing. Observes confidentiality when completing assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year Directly related experience.
• Experience handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree. Or equivalent educ/experience. 
  • Work experience within healthcare industry.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
