Your role: As part of the PMO team, you will cross-functionally work with all internal business work streams and external service suppliers. You embrace the fact that INEOS Automotive is a scale-up company, developing its processes and systems.

What you will be doing:

  • Working on a Cross-divisional groups.
  • Ensure the scheduling and vehicle control is always communicated transparently.
  • You own the master schedule for all lifecycle and new product introduction projects and track against programme milestones.
  • You work with the various project managers and ensure that the project schedules are coordinated, aligned, and tracked.
  • In this role, you will also lead a cross-functional working group (commercial, procurement, engineering, quality, and manufacturing) to secure vehicle build for pre-production vehicles and to prioritise their delivery.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience gained at an automotive OEM or Tier1 supplier. Preferably at an OEM.
  • Proven experience in automotive related product development, ideally in a mass-production environment.
  • Proven experience in project planning and scheduling.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry and its cross-functional processes from cradle-to-grave.
  • Ability to develop, outline and elaborate project phases, tasks, and inter-dependencies.
  • Experience in Project management is beneficial.
  • Highly proficient in the use of MS Project is beneficial.
