- Drive initiatives that enhance system performance, reduce latency, and improve execution quality for global FX trading.
- Implement innovative features and robust controls to mitigate operational and market risk across sophisticated environments.
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to maintain leadership and anticipate emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with strategic leads to deliver business priorities and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Ensure flawless transition from product development to BAU teams, enabling operational perfection.
- Deliver incremental value by operating within Agile frameworks and adapting to evolving priorities.
- Build positive relationships across business and engineering teams to foster collaboration and shared success.
- Represent the business in governance boards and committees, influencing decisions that build the future.
- Coach and mentor product owners, project managers, and agile teams to drive high performance.
- Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure adherence to global regulatory standards.
- Proven track record to lead sophisticated product initiatives with commercial focus.
