Are you a talented principal developer who is passionate about building industry-leading web and mobile experiences and tackling challenging problems at high scale? If you love partnering with a team of highly motivated engineers and cross-functional partners focused on creating the most innovative web and mobile products for millions of customers and creators for the world’s leading Influencer platform, we would love to talk to you. In this position, you will have an organizational impact and influence across all of LTK’s web presence, including LTK Consumer Web, LTK Creator Web, LTK Brand Portal, Agency Portal, and Marketing site.

Two Web Apps: LTK Consumer Web and LTK Creator Web  

• Our Consumer Web is used monthly by millions of users. Our exclusive creator Web also serves tens of thousands of content creators. 
• Our product has been acknowledged for its innovation in influencer marketing, and our apps and experiences have won multiple industry awards
• Our products drive real revenue for retailers and offer life-changing earnings to content creators.

How you will make an impact

• You'll be responsible for the technical direction, strategy and health of our web platforms
• You'll ensure that our technology can deliver on the business/product requirements necessary to make LTK successful at a rapid pace and scale
• This means working with other leads to set and execute a long-term strategy for web, aligning the strategy with other clients where applicable, and lead communications with leadership around our status and path to having a world-class web platform
• Develop strong partnerships with product teams to understand, and proactively address, future technology needs and current developer pain points
• Champion and drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that improve the web platform 
• Act as the ultimate “customer representative” for web engineers, including representing needs to leadership and prioritizing projects on the platform teams that ensure high-quality features and a world-class developer experience
• Scale your leadership through both direct mentorship and via best practices, processes, training, and tools
• Ensure solid technical plans are in place for projects within web via direct review or delegation
• Be the technical point of contact for decisions that impact the whole web platform and for cross-functional partners like product, marketing, and recruiting.
• Technical subject matter expert, who mentors fellow engineers, demonstrates technical experience and leads teams in solving challenging problems.

What you will bring to LTK

• 10+ years of software development in web development
• Experience with architecting and designing highly available/fault-tolerant, transaction processing systems and operating complex services running in the cloud.
• Strong leadership experience. Leading meetings, presenting,  and serving as the technical go-to person and cross-functional leader.
• A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
• Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• A growth mindset and openness to feedback
• Deep understanding of web and network stack with experience optimizing every part of the application
• Deep experience in monitoring and improving performance and functionality of end-to-end customer and web experiences
• Experience integrating 3rd party APIs (REST, OAuth, JSONP).
• Experience with developing and deploying AWS tools and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly quantitative, have great judgment, and passion for delivering tremendous business value in an uncharted domain through a scalable system that anticipates significant growth a
