Overview
This Sr Technical Program Lead is responsible for the technical strategy, oversight, and product ownership of Chick-fil-A’s restaurant Access Control and Video Management Systems (VMS).
As a member of the Operator Technology Solutions team at Chick-fil-A, this role will partner with various stakeholders such as Enterprise Protection Services, Chick-fil-A Supply, Field Operations, and Chick-fil-A restaurant Operators to build a strategy and roadmap for both our restaurant Access Control and Video Management Systems. This role will also partner closely with other DTT teams and vendors to execute the defined strategy.
This role will manage relationships with our cloud-based access control and video management system vendors. Additionally, this role will work with a cross-functional group to refine and maintain computer vision (CV) playbooks as we look to continue maturing our CV capabilities.
This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia. If a candidate meets our relocation policy guidelines, Chick-fil-A does offer relocation.

Responsibilities
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for our cloud-based access control and video management systems. Can confidently represent assigned technical initiatives and programs to leadership teams.
- Build strategic plans with business partners/stakeholders
- Exercise expertise and thought leadership over areas of responsibility, initiatives and programs supported
- Oversee upgrades to Access Control (ACM) and Video Management Systems
- Gather requirements and coordinate efforts to integrate systems. Sample integrations include Identity Management and point-of-sale (POS)
- Define strategy, lifecycle, and design for areas of responsibility.
- Create and maintain playbooks for access and usage of the video. Playbooks are used by our integrators for installation and maintenance of systems, as well as Helpdesk for support.
- Maintain documentation of the VMS and ACM ecosystem
- Makes decisions related to vendor management, budgeting and planning
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of relevent work experience
- Product Ownership
- Servant leadership spirit with strong sense of stewardship
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them to techno-functional requirements that deliver desired outcomes
- Team player who is committed to both the team and the product
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to collaborate and made decisions in the gray
- Self-starter who completes responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Excellent personal and relational intelligence
Preferred Qualifications
- 7 years of relevant work experience
- Understanding of IP Networking
- Video experience a plus
