This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $20/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Filing & organizing paperwork
- Input data accurately into Microsoft Excel & other systems
- Answer incoming calls & direct to appropriate staff
- Provide general office support/ administrative assistance
- Support daily operations to ensure an efficient office environment
Requirements:
- Professional business casual attire
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple task efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & basic computer applications
