The NRM PPA Analyst will support the Net Revenue Management (NRM) team in driving profitable growth by providing analytical insights and operational support. This role focuses on ensuring accurate data management, supporting system processes, and enabling effective decision-making across pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
Maintain data accuracy and integrity for NRM systems to ensure reliable reporting and financial compliance.
Assist with system processes and troubleshooting, providing first-level support for end users.
Prepare and update reports and dashboards to track pricing, promotion, and assortment performance.
Support implementation of system enhancements by coordinating with local and global tech teams.
Conduct basic analysis to identify revenue optimization opportunities and share insights with the NRM team.
Document processes and create user guides to assist with training and onboarding.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of NRM initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in Consumer Goods or related industry.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.
Comfortable learning new systems and supporting technical processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Experience with Net Revenue Management or trade investment processes.
Familiarity with ERP or NRM-related systems.
Exposure to pricing, promotion, or assortment analytics.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
The Salary Range for this role is $105,372 - 144,887 USD + bonus
