About Houston

 

ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team

 

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic multinational organization. This role will focus on developing and implementing talent strategies that align with business objectives. The HRBP will play a key role in Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), leveraging HR data to influence decisions. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure we have the right talent in the right place to drive our business forward. To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and be able to translate them into actionable plans that deliver value. You must think strategically, execute thoughtfully, and effectively collaborate across all areas within our HR and cross-functionally.  


Depending on your skills, experience and interests, you may be considered for opportunities in other areas including labor relations, and talent management, compensation, benefits & program design. 

What you will do

 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Own the translation of business strategy into talent priorities utilizing business knowledge and HR technical expertise to assess and anticipate talent needs and drivers
  • Talent Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce data to identify trends, forecast talent needs, and guide sourcing decisions
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Lead workforce planning activities, using data to assess talent gaps, identify skill needs and deficits to deliver business strategies 
  • Change Management: Deliver change management plans, communications, and enabling processes that support talent strategies
  • Asset Management and Labor Relations: Provide expertise in asset management and labor relations strategies including effects bargaining, contract negotiations, and risk assessments
  • Leadership Coaching: Ensure leaders understand and own Employee Development Cycle components, including effective career discussions and quality performance feedback

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 3 -6 years of experience in Human Resources, including talen
