We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our Cleveland team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email in a professional manner

• Address inquiries, complaints, and feedback with efficiency and clarity

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve service-related issues

• Monitor and follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution

• Assist in the development of customer service procedures and best practices

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management software

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
