Senior Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead

Salsita is a high-end software development consultancy headquartered in Prague and an additional office in Ostrava.

We embrace innovation and are constantly on the look-out for cutting edge technologies that we can use on our projects. TypeScript, React, and React Native are our bread and butter for front-end development, where we also increasingly use Vue. We rely on TypeScript extensively for back-end development as well, where we use Node.js, GraphQL, and a range of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

We have adopted the power of AI, even before LLMs became widely recognized. Today, LLMs play a significant role in both our internal processes and client projects. Internally, we use tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT. In our client projects, we integrate LLMs as a “conversational UI” component. They are also a key part of our 3D Configurator platform, where we have seamlessly integrated them to enhance user interaction.

Fortune 500 technology company - A sophisticated front-end and microservice-based backend that provides curated data visualizations for analysts and company executives.

Fortune 500 technology company - A personal dashboard for large brands on a major global e-commerce platform, providing key insights and tools for brand management.

SAP / Purple - www.purple.nl/project/immersive-experience-room/-An immersive experience room implemented using web technologies.Visitors to the room are surrounded by custom- made 360 degree video, imagery, animations, and interactive special effects. Part of the delivery is a bespoke CMS implementation and scalable deployment solution.

3D configurators - An in-house platform and SDK for building top-notch 3D configurators for products like custom furniture, custom kitchen ranges or even cars.

National identity and secure e-post platform - A highly secure, PKI-based system featuring cross-platform cryptography and designed to meet extreme scalability requirements.

nDim - www.nd.com A digital platform for monitoring real- world assets, using AI and data visualisation to automate the process of creating and monitoring digital twins of these assets.

Unlike many companies we do not require developers to master any specific programming languages or development tools. We hire great developers and train them if necessary in the latest web technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native and Node.js.

Requirements

• Experienced software engineer with 4+ years commercial experience in any programming language.
• Strong mastery of software architecture with a flair for writing extensible, maintainable code.
• Knowledge of basic algorithms and data structures.
• Solid level of spoken and written English.
• Enthusiasm and a natural ability to work well with others and be a team -player.
• Experience with technical leadership is a big plus.
• And by the way, we don't require you to know or learn CSS/HTML.
