Position Overview

OrderlyMeds is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Support Agent to serve as a key liaison between our telehealth platform and our pharmacy partner, SmartPharma. This role is critical in ensuring seamless communication, efficient order processing, and an exceptional experience for both patients and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and is skilled at problem-solving across multiple systems and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between OrderlyMeds and SmartPharma
• Coordinate and monitor prescription order workflows from submission to fulfillment
• Resolve issues related to prescriptions, delays, inventory, or patient concerns
• Communicate updates clearly and promptly to internal teams and pharmacy staff
• Investigate and troubleshoot order discrepancies or escalations
• Maintain accurate records of communications, issues, and resolutions
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and customer support teams to improve processes
• Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, healthcare operations, or pharmacy coordination preferred
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience working with ticketing systems, CRMs, or healthcare platforms is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with external partners

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth, pharmacy operations, or healthcare support roles
• Familiarity with prescription workflows and fulfillment processes
• Previous experience in a liaison or coordination role
