As the Director of CtC Operations, you will help shape the end-to-end process that will accelerate Levi’s growth. You will focus on innovating processes, tools, and ways of working to help our organization achieve our purpose — to outfit the world’s originals in the pursuit of progress. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with directly with the leaders of Product, Design, Product Development & Sourcing, and Planning to guide operational efficiency, refine team workloads, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 

You will work to develop each season's CtC calendar, holding all teams accountable to the key milestones and targets of the CtC process. In service to our strategic growth plans, you and your team will be responsible for determining what tracks are required under the CtC umbrella to meet our organizational objectives and ensure our product engine delivers products and stories that will meet our business and consumer needs across the globe.

About the Job

  • Partner with stakeholders and functional operations to the design of new processes that translate strategic priorities into new ways of working.

  • Manage and align Concept-to-Consumer initiatives and the Calendar across functions at leadership levels and work in-sync with Global and Regional leaders

  • Govern CtC strategies, processes, and timelines to transition products from concept to retail, ensuring alignment with seasonal launches.

  • Drive cross-functional accountability and discipline through ongoing operational reporting as means of ensuring critical business outcomes are delivered.

  • Lead the development, training, and adoption of processes that ensure execution of key activities. 

  • Be an advocate for change management, implementing new ways of working across teams. 

  • Partner with product management to develop and standardize tools that enable consistent execution by the Merchandising, Marketing, and Design teams. 

  • Translate the CtC calendar into actionable procedures to ensure delivery of commercial samples and production. 

  • Resolve issues, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive operational excellence across the organization. 

  • Clarify and communicate decision rights, objectives, and outcomes for CtC milestone meetings. 

  • Coordinate and lead key meetings, ensuring seamless collaboration across global and regional teams. 

  • Constantly enhance our CtC strategies and execution, inclusive of process optimization and creation of new CtC tracks based on changing business and assortment needs.

  • You will report into our VP, CtC Transformation and Brand Operations.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree required. 

  • 10+ years of experience in the apparel industry with a deep knowledge of the apparel development process and relevant working experience (e.g. GTM lead, Merchandising Operations, Sales Operations, Sourcing Operations or Strategy) in the retail sector with a fashion/lifestyle specific background

  • Innovating and strategic thinker with a proven ability to solve complex problems.

  • Proven project management and cross-functional stakeholder management experience across all levels of the organization.

  • Experience navigating matrixed environments in a constructive and collaborative manner, with ability to ‘connect the dots’ across functions to solve or facilitate solutions to complex problems.

  • Complex and unstructured concepts to a wide and diverse audience during key Concept-to-Consumer milestone meetings.

  • Direct experience with managing multiple projects, timelines and deliverables

  • Leadership experience in team management, including team growth, coaching, developing, and mentoring direct reports.

  • Proven experience collaborating with senior leadership, including C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.  

This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $164,500 - $219,300 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within t
