About this role

The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator shall oversee the logistics of material handling for the ALC NE Canton Office. They will be responsible for the shipping and receiving of all materials for the warehouse, along with maintaining accurate records of the current inventory.  They will also be responsible for material deliveries and pickups to the different job sites maintaining accurate records of all transactions.  In addition, they will work with the Operations Team in an Administrative capacity as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing shipping and receiving for the warehouse
  • Warehouse organization.
  • Deliveries and pickups from job sites in the Eastern MA & Rhode Island areas
  • Inventory and stock management.
  • Assisting with vehicle inventories and assignments
  • Working with the operations team as needed.
  • Maintain, inventory, and deliver ladders, meters and other equipment.
  • Assist with the inventory and delivery of safety equipment.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • 1+ years of warehouse experience
  • 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Clean and valid driver’s license
  • Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment in excess of 8 feet above grade, and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in dealing with a number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of many different disciplines
  • A true team player who has the customer’s best interests first and foremost
