Senior Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Technical Senior Project Manager with strong Fintech expertise to lead high-impact projects in payments, digital banking, blockchain, regtech, and data-driven platforms . You will drive projects end-to-end using Agile and hybrid methodologies , managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders while ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and compliance requirements.

This role requires hands-on knowledge of modern technology stacks, regulatory frameworks, and project management practices . You will play a critical role in aligning delivery with strategic objectives, mentoring engineers, and contributing to organizational growth.

YOU WILL:

» Lead end-to-end project management for complex programs involving multiple squads, technologies, and stakeholders.

» Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

» Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

» Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery of milestones while maintaining quality and managing scope changes.

» Apply Agile principles and Scrum practices to drive iterative delivery, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

» Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.

» Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews) to promote team efficiency and transparency.
