Key Objectives

The Data Processing Clerk will be responsible for managing and maintaining data integrity by accurately entering, verifying, and updating information in our systems. This position supports various departments by providing reliable data that drives operational efficiency and business insights.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases and software systems.

• Verify data for completeness and correctness, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.

• Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure data traceability.

• Collaborate with team members to support data-related projects and process improvements.

• Generate routine reports and summaries based on processed data.

• Adhere to company policies and data security protocols to protect sensitive information.

• Assist in troubleshooting data issues and escalating complex problems appropriately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data management is a plus.

• Proven experience in data entry or data processing roles preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with database software is advantageous.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary range: $40,000 - $63,000 per year.
