Job Description

• Together with our process chains you are responsible for the development of a holistic target and transition architecture for the entire Supply Chain Logistics, as essential part of the logistics strategy and Digital Transformation projects of Bosch.  The target is to overhaul our processes and IT environment and make them future ready. SAP S/4HANA plays a major role in this digital journey.
   
• You drive the digital transformation within logistics from an architecture perspective. This includes change management activities like the enablement of the process organization in architecture work, but also communication and visualization of logistics architecture topics to make it understandable for stakeholders and management.
   
• You give clear guidance and methodology for architecture work for all relevant stakeholders in logistics process chains and digital transformation projects. Essential is a close collaboration with data management and data analytics.
   
• For this, it is essential to build up and lead a logistics architecture core team, consisting of representatives from the process chain organizations, architects of the GBs and other domains.
   
• Last but not least your task will also include strategic corporate goals / decisions and technological developments such as I4.0 / cloudification with impact on the logistics architecture.

Qualifications

• Education: completed university studies in economics, (business) engineering, (business) informatics or a comparable subject
• Personality and Working practice: strong teamplayer, resilient
• Working Practice: analytical, creative, communicative, able to abstract complex context
• Experience and Knowledge: deep experience in logistics processes and related IT applications eg in consulting, experience in IT projects, good SAP system knowledge, experience in architecture work and methodology is a plus
• Enthusiasm: willed to develop, align and implement new concepts with other stakeholders and experts
• Languages: fluent in German and English written and spoken
