It is essential.</p><p></p><p>The Product Division Service Delivery Team:</p><p>In Product Division Service Delivery, we are servicing and supporting some of the largest clients in the global financial sector, in operating their SimCorp Dimension installation with our as-a-service solution.</p><p></p><p>Our regional delivery teams engage daily with our clients in handling the 24/7 operation of SimCorp Dimension® interfaces, service platform, and environments, including monitoring and management of file systems, operation systems, and virtual machines utilizing SimCorp’s as-a-service operational framework – based upon ITIL.</p><p></p><p>What you will be responsible for:</p><p>Become part of SimCorp’s strategically important and rapidly growing business area, supporting our as-a-service clients around the world. This is a unique opportunity for Infrastructure specialists to work with some of the most exciting clients and solutions in the financial industry.</p><p></p><p>Together with our global Operation team, you will have a great opportunity to influence and impact our further journey towards delivering best-in-class customer-centric support globally.</p><p>The Global Delivery Center focuses on Non-Time zone critical operational tasks, maturing the tool stack, and future-oriented projects like automation and self-service portals.</p><p>Our working environment and teamwork are important for us – informal however communicating with professionalism, dedication, team spirit. The development of your technical and professional skills is also a prioritized part of our focus.</p><p></p><p>What we value (our requirements):</p><p>Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with the following experience and competencies:</p><ul><li>Vast track-record in delivering on complex IT Infrastructure requests and managed services.</li><li>Familiarity in working with large hosting providers and global (remote) clients.</li><li>Skilled in PowerShell – the ability to script solutions is essential.</li><li>Good Microsoft Windows knowledge.</li><li>Experience and knowledge in working with Azure Cloud.</li><li>Operational experience with mission-critical software and tools.</li><li>Broad knowledge of IT Infrastructure automation in general.</li><li>ITIL experience/certification.</li><li>Able to work cross-functional, ability to communicate, work with solutions in unison with Client, Sales, Product Management, Implementation, and Account Management teams. </li><li>If possible, experienced from a similar role in an international environment.</li><li>Advanced communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and colleagues.</li><li>Comfortable and enthusiastic working in a busy environment.</li></ul><p></p><p>Benefits: </p><p>An attractive salary, bonus scheme and pension are essential for any work agreement.
