Our expertise includes full service-capabilities, resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.<br/></p> <p><strong>About this role</strong></p><p><em>As part of our <b>SRS </b>team you will working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.</em><br/><br/></p><p>The <strong>Senior Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA)</strong> is responsible for supporting clinical trial project managers and CRAs throughout the preparation, conduct, and completion of studies with pharmaceuticals and medical devices, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and smooth team operations.</p><p></p><ul> </ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Support project managers with study-related tasks across all trial phases.</li> <li>Setup and maintain paper/electronic TMFs and ISFs.</li> <li>Provide CRA support, including preparation for on-site visits and remote monitoring activities.</li> <li>Assist with submissions to ethics committees and regulatory authorities.</li> <li>Prepare, distribute, and maintain essential study documents (protocols, patient information &amp; consent forms, CRFs).</li> <li>Handle general administrative tasks (meeting minutes, database maintenance).</li> </ul><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul> <li>Minimum 3 years’ experience as a CTA/project assistant in pharma, biotech, medtech, or a CRO.</li> <li>Education in a medical, pharmaceutical, or scientific field.</li> <li>Good to excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements (GCP, pharmaceuticals, medical devices).</li> <li>Confident in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li> <li>Fluent written and spoken German and English.</li> <li>Structured, systematic, independent, and precise working style with strong organizational skills.</li> </ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>We provide a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity for personal and professional growth in a rewarding environment.
