From the food you eat, to the water you drink, to the medicines you rely on, Eurofins laboratories work with the biggest companies in the world to ensure the products they supply are safe, their ingredients are authentic, and labelling is accurate.</p><p>Eurofins is dedicated to delivering testing services that contribute to the health and safety of society and the planet, and to its corporate responsibility to protect the environment and ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion across the entire network of Eurofins companies.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong><u>In a nutshell</u></strong></p><p>As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for the engineering, configuration, installation, and maintenance of public and private cloud, Linux OS, CI/CD, and work code maintenance. You will deliver insights and guidance as we design, build, and operate a state-of-the-art multi-cloud “greenfield” infrastructure.</p><p>You will brings ideas and solutions, as a lateral thinker, demonstrating a unique and informed viewpoint; as you collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop real-world IT service.</p><p><strong><u>Where will you be based and what business will you support?</u></strong></p><p>As a Senior DevOps Engineer, based in Poland,  you will join a challenging project engineering team and program with high impact and visibility.</p><p><strong><u>How can you help us?</u></strong><strong> </strong></p><p><u>You will:</u></p><p><strong>Build, configure and operate</strong> <strong>Google Cloud Platform</strong> (GCP); plus Google Cloud VMware Engine (GCVE), Containers and Kubernetes Clusters GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) as code.</p><p><strong>Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines</strong>, orchestration, DevOps best practices, etc.</p><p><strong>Research, evaluate and recommend resources</strong> for the CI/CD platform and GCP.</p><p><strong>Develop, debug, improve code refactoring</strong> to deliver and maintain infrastructure (Terraform) and configuration (Ansible, Puppet, Foreman) lifecycle, automation and innovation initiatives, ability to drive automation initiatives independent of automation tools.</p><p><strong>Work on Image management as code</strong> using Packer.</p><p><strong>Develop and implement agile and scalable infrastructure solutions</strong>, with advanced monitoring and alerting, while establishing best practice tools, frameworks, and processes.</p><p><strong>Identify, diagnose, and resolve</strong> coding, reliability, or performance issues.</p><p><strong>Manage vendors</strong> for specific and specialized support when needed.</p><p><u>Additionally, you will:</u></p><p><strong>Collaborate with other infrastructure team members</strong> to learn, develop, and enhance the skills needed to support software-based infrastructure.</p><p><strong>Ensure that IT Services are delivered effectively to business customers</strong>. This includes the execution of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), management of IT Incidents/Problems and IT Changes as per well-defined ITIL processes, as implemented in the ITSM system (ServiceNow)</p><p><strong>Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery</strong> wherever possible.</p><p><strong>Contribute to and deliver quality documentation</strong> to establish consistency and shared knowledge of Operational best practices and delivery methods.</p><p><strong>Perform system monitoring</strong>, verifying the integrity and availability of infrastructure resources; ensure that performance, scalability, and security is maintained and optimized.</p><p><strong>Participate in disaster recovery plans</strong> and practicing recovery operations.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><u><strong>Are you our kind of extraordinary?</strong></u></p><p><u>You have:</u></p><p><strong>Solid experience in Cloud engineering</strong>, architecture, and administration (enterprise scale) focused on <strong>Google Cloud Platform</strong>:</p><ul><li>Solid experience with<strong> IaaC: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Foreman.</strong></li><li>Experience working with <strong>Containers and Kubernetes Clusters</strong></li><li>Experience supporting <strong>IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS based solutions.</strong></li><li><strong>Linux OS</strong> engineering, architecture, and administration including:<ul><li>Automation and self-service solutions</li><li>Programming languages such as Bash, JSON, YAML, etc...</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge of Azure fundamentals (IAM, network, security, etc.),</strong> plus working experience with (provisioning of / migration to / support of) Azure Server &amp; Storage resources.</p><p><strong>Experience with o
