The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to support a mission-critical program focused on addressing evolving and emerging threats through advanced engineering, research, and technology development. This initiative encompasses exploitation and replication activities, operational rehearsal, exercise support, wargaming, counter-system development, and the integration and experimentation of advanced Modeling and Simulation (M&S) capabilities.
In this leadership role, you will oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams responsible for delivering innovative technical solutions that strengthen national security and enhance Warfighter readiness. You will work closely with government stakeholders, technical experts, and program leadership to drive engineering excellence, manage complex technical efforts, and ensure successful execution of strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams supporting research, development, integration, and experimentation initiatives.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate engineering activities across multiple technical disciplines, ensuring alignment with program objectives, schedules, and budgets.
- Provide technical and managerial leadership for architecture, systems engineering, Modeling & Simulation (M&S), and research and development efforts.
- Collaborate with government customers, program managers, and technical stakeholders to define priorities, mitigate risks, and deliver mission-focused capabilities.
- Oversee engineering execution throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, resource allocation, technical reviews, and performance management.
- Drive engineering best practices, quality standards, and continuous process improvement across the organization.
- Support operational rehearsal, experimentation, wargaming, and counter-system development through effective technical leadership.
- Foster innovation by identifying emerging technologies and integrating new capabilities into engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security requirements, organizational policies, and government standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while promoting a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture.
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a technical discipline such as:
- Computer Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Environmental Engineering
- Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- Construction Management
- Chemistry
- Mathematics
- Operations Research
- Physics
- Meteorology/Atmospheric Sciences
- Or another accredited engineering or technical discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience with a bachelor's degree, or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering, research and development, systems engineering, or technical integration teams.
- Experience managing complex technical programs supporting Department of Defense or other federal government customers.
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
