We’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our ever-evolving Product & Technology Development team to help us unleash the potential of every business. In a Project Management – Technology role, you’ll use best-in-breed PM tools to help us deliver products that will change the world of fintech. This will include overseeing the development of new products and services as well as new internal information systems and applications, new technology integrations, and infrastructure buildouts.

About the team

Our Product and Technology teams are the Worldpayers behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we’re best known for. Striving for better, they never stand still — delivering impactful innovations that power transactions across the world.  

What you'll own

• Motivating and empowering the team, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts effectively.

• Planning and executing Quarterly Planning sessions for the teams to properly manage demand against capacity.

• Developing and hosting trainings for lean agile methodologies.

• Serving as liaison between technical and non-technical teams.

• This function is essential for Demand Management within the Worldpay Technology Services organization.

What you bring

• 2 - 4 years of proven experience with project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent experience.

• Advanced skills with project management software.

• You work across borders, working with your team to achieve your collective goals.

• You use our initiative, taking calculated and thoughtful risks to progress

Added bonus if you have

• Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management or Agile modules.

• Experience planning for and hosting PI Planning Ceremonies.

• Agile coaching experience.
