Global Clearing - Payments Product Manager – Senior Associate

<p>As a Senior Product Associate in Global Clearing, you will be an integral part of the team that manages the end-to-end delivery of J.P. Morgan’s European (EUR) Clearing business. </p> <p>You will contribute to the team by leveraging your product management expertise and passion for innovation and service excellence, to make a real impact. </p> <p>With a strong awareness and commitment to scalability, resiliency and stability, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class products that exceed customer expectations.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Supports the execution of the EUR Clearing product strategy, ensuring alignment with the banks broader priorities and objectives. </li> <li>Develops a deep understanding of the EUR Clearing business and covey this knowledge effectively to key stakeholders including Sales, Client Service, Operations and Technology.</li> <li>Represents J.P. Morgan at industry events, both in person and online, actively engaging and influencing industry discussions</li> <li>Uses your analytical and presentation skills to provide insights into financial performance and other key performance indicators</li> <li>Analyses large data sets to identify trends and opportunities that can be used to drive new product development and commercialisation opportunities </li> <li>Leads product development projects and commercialisation initiatives, ensuring compliance with appropriate business change frameworks</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in Product Management or a relevant domain area.</li> <li>Payments industry experience.</li> <li>Proven communication and analytical skills, with an attention to detail.</li> <li>Proven ability to achieve quality results in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment.</li> <li>Able to effectively prioritize competing tasks/deliverables.</li> <li>Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiating solutions.</li> <li>Execution-oriented self-starter who likes to take the initiative.</li> <li>Commercially driven with a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and understanding the client base.</li> <li>Proven data analytical skills </li> <li>German language proficiency.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Understanding of one or more European payment systems (e.g. T2, EURO1, SEPA).</li> <li>Knowledge of the transaction banking landscape, its key players (including Banks, PSPs, Fintech), and the regulatory environment</li> <li>Knowledge of financial messaging (e.g., SWIFT MT and MX).</li> <li>Transaction banking or cash management industry qualifications</li> </ul> <p>Join us in this exciting Product Management role where you can make a significant impact on our EUR Clearing business and further your career at a leading global financial institution.</p> <p> </p> <p></p> J.P.
