Our commercial teams are passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to our customers around the world. This is a terrific opportunity for a highly motivated individual to serve as a key team member on the Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) brand team. In this role, the candidate will participate on the Health Care Professional Customer Agile Team (HCP CAT) to work cross functionally to support & lead key HCP marketing workstreams. The Customer Agile Team consists of the Product Owner, marketers, and development team members.
As a PAH HCP Marketer, you will be responsible for leading the development, approval and deployment of congress and medical education promotion and operations for the Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) HCP CAT. This individual will work closely with members of brand marketing, medical education, exhibits, legal, compliance and field sales to pull-through all critical activities for launch and beyond.
This position will report to the PAH HCP Product Owner, Director of Marketing and will be based in the Upper Gwynedd, PA office in a hybrid work model capacity.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Work collaboratively to develop, gain approval for and execute a comprehensive medical education plan aligned to brand strategy
Influence policy and process development for medical education within Rare Disease
Develop compliant processes and cross-functional ways of working in conjunction with the core team to meet customer needs around medical education
Support of medical education content development, approval, and deployment
Development and execution of the brand congress promotion strategy for both national and regional congresses
Day to Day management of the development, approval and deployment of all promotion and medical education at congresses
Proactively keep agile backlog and project plans for all workstreams up to date with key timelines and deliverables to ensure transparency across the HCP CAT
Ensure timely and accurate agency and budget management for all key workstreams
Operate in alignment with all our company's policies and standards
Required Experiences:
Required: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
3+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical industry, including sales, marketing strategy, market access or marketing operations/support functions
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Experience working on a rare disease biopharmaceutical product
Experience with biopharmaceutical promotional review process
Experience working on congress and/or medical education promotional tactics
Experience working in agile
Has a growth mindset
Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical critical thinking and planning skills
Experience with collaboration and leading without authority to work successfully with cross-functional teams
Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience in project and budget management
Preferred: MBA or equivalent
